I enjoyed "Sex In the City" the TV series (not a fan of the movies) and have appreciated Sarah Jessica Parker in her role as a modern NYC fashionista and fashion icon, but I have not viewed her as a true Glamour Goddess. Yes, she is either on or leading the latest fashion trends and almost always looks stunning on the red carpet, but her fashion choices and overall styling are more modern without the golden age of Hollywood capital 'G' Glamour that I adore. Then, I spotted her in the recent Vogue photo shoot by Mario Testino:

Here's a shout out to my amazing, beautiful, fearless, intelligent and very talented dear friend, Sarah Saturday, of Gardening Not Architecture who recently released her first Music Video:
G.N.A. was invited to be part of Vans 2010 Warp Tour this summer. Sarah is a hard working self-funded artist who also created the non-profit group Earn it Yourself, or E.I.Y. (www.earnityourself.com) to create a community where fellow musicians and bands can book gigs, promote and organically grow their own endeavors. You can find out more about Gardening, Not Architecture and hear more of Sarah's music at gardeningnotarchitecture.com.

I love the powerful beauty in this shot of Jessica Biel by photographer Matthias Vriens-McGrath from this July's Glamour:
(Biel wears the same Prada plexiglass bodysuit in this shot that Noemie Lenoir wears
in her July Elle photoshoot - see post below)

My hat goes off to you, "Prince Poppycock," for boldly taking the America's Got Talent audition stage in over-the-top baroque make-up and costuming and unapologetically showcasing your vocal talent in your own unique way. Your costume, singing and confidence were truly fabulous and I was inspired by your ability to go out there and be You. I look forward to seeing your next performance. Bravo to you, Sir... Bravo!!

Elle features a very fun, funky feminine spring photo shoot in this month's issue where pearls, cotton and lace meet crystals, leather and plexiglass:
Photographed by Dusan Reljin and styled by Christopher Niquet, this photo shoot not only provided new inspiration for some of my own fashion doll stylings (and has me really, really coveting those amazing Miu Miu duchess platform Maryjanes!!), but stunning French model Noemie Lenoir struck me as a Real Life version of a certain 2010 Fashion Royalty Dazzle collection lady - Soul Deep Adele Makeda:
