Her story is pretty amazing from a simple, unemployed, 47-year-old unknown small-town Scottish gal into a world-renowned singing Diva:
I'm sorry that there are some people who feel the need to criticize and say she is not the most amazing singer on the planet and riding the wings of a media-frenzy. She may not be THE best singer, but neither was Mick Jagger. However, what makes both Susan and Mick awesome is their passion and fearlessness. She has a pretty damn beautiful voice and I think her story is inspiring to any of us who have a dream, but decide to settle stead of going after it. She was willing to take the risk and look what happened:
To this day, she is still humble and lovely...
and I hope she continues to live her dream.
